The staff was courteous and efficient. I appreciated the quick valet parking service. The hotel offered a convenient location near various attractions. I also enjoyed the complimentary warm cookies upon arrival, a nice touch.
I noticed some minor wear on the hallway carpets.

the location is great. it is around several bars and restaurants (i visited a few). washington street is only minutes away and has many shops.
the hotel is decent. the staff is friendly.

my room had a well-designed workspace with ample outlets. the fitness center featured modern treadmills and elliptical machines. i found the complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby to be a nice touch. plus, the hotel has a convenient store inside!
the street noise at night was noticeable, though i managed to sleep okay.

The on-site restaurant served a breakfast buffet each morning, with a selection of hot and cold items such as scrambled eggs, bacon, and fresh fruit. I found the coffee of reasonable quality. a starbucks was conveniently located inside the hotel too.
